Research & Data Full Time 0–3 Years

Project Research Analyst

You are the foundation of everything NPT Intelligence does. Your job is to find new capital investment projects before anyone else, verify them rigorously, and convert raw information into structured intelligence that thousands of subscribers rely on to make business decisions.

What You Will Do

Scan public datasets and proprietary databases daily to identify new capital investment project leads across India
Cross-verify each lead across multiple sources before it enters the database — accuracy is non-negotiable
Research promoter companies to gather sector, location, investment size, project stage, and key contact details
Write and edit structured project descriptions using AI tools — clear, factual, and immediately usable by subscribers
Handle research queries from paid subscribers who need specific project or company information on request
Track project status changes over time and keep update logs current
Prepare curated project lists and sector snapshots for the sales team to use as outreach material
Flag ambiguous, conflicting, or incomplete entries before they are published on the platform

Revenue & Subscriber Success Executive

You own the subscriber relationship from first contact to long-term retention. Every conversation you have — whether it is a cold call, a renewal, or an upsell — represents NPT Intelligence to the market. You are the reason subscribers stay, upgrade, and refer others.

What You Will Do

Handle inbound sales calls and explain NPT Intelligence's services clearly — what the platform does, what outcomes it delivers, and which plan fits the prospect's business
Monitor the sales dashboard daily to identify who needs a follow-up, whose subscription is due for renewal, and which free users are showing engagement signals worth acting on
Proactively call and nurture free users — share relevant project highlights, understand their business needs, and work toward paid conversion
Manage the full subscriber lifecycle: lead to demo to close to onboarding to renewal to upsell on annual plans or add-on consulting
Identify subscribers whose business needs go beyond the standard platform and open conversations about custom sector studies or bespoke research reports
Build and maintain detailed subscriber profiles: company type, industry focus, buying triggers, usage patterns, and relationship history
Bring structured feedback from subscriber conversations back to the research and product team
Consistently hit monthly targets for conversions, renewals, and revenue without pressure-based selling

Intelligence Marketing & Content Analyst

You are NPT Intelligence's voice and its analytical eye. You turn our proprietary project database into compelling content that attracts new subscribers and builds brand authority — and you use subscriber and platform data to make sure the right messages reach the right people at the right time.

What You Will Do

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to NPT Intelligence's subscriber and prospect base — sector highlights, new project alerts, product updates, and re-engagement sequences
Run NPT Intelligence's LinkedIn company page and Twitter/X account — write posts, publish project intelligence snippets, and grow an audience of BD and strategy professionals
Create short-form intelligence content drawn from the NPT Intelligence database: top projects by sector or state, investment trend posts, emerging cluster alerts
Use AI writing tools to draft, edit, and produce content faster while maintaining NPT Intelligence's authoritative tone
Prepare sales one-pagers, sector snapshots, and special reports from the NPT Intelligence database to support outreach and lead generation
Analyse the subscriber base by industry, geography, subscription tier, and engagement level — identify segments for targeted campaigns
Track content performance: email open rates, click rates, social reach, and follower growth — report what works and iterate quickly
Monitor competitor content and market positioning to identify gaps where NPT Intelligence can stand out
